FINNISH SPEAKING REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT
Zoco Estates is looking for Finnish speaking real estate assistant to support our real estate team in Mijas | Malaga.
To be successful in this role you should be highly organized and having good communication skills.
• Meet and greet customers.
• Deal with daily office tasks, manage schedules and organize meetings.
• Maintain customer database and CRM.
• Preparing real estate forms and documents.
• Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
• Assisting with closing processes.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience of sales and real estate preferred
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Good computer and office skills
• Good communication skills in Finnish, English and Spanish
• Drivers license
• Must be located in the Malaga region
